Coretemp Heating and Air Inc. was founded by Richard Payer with the aim to always educate the customer and provide honest professional services. With over 30 years of industry experience, he began as a service technician learning the residential market and gained valuable hands-on experience and knowledge of all the major HVAC brands offered in Canada.

Believing strongly in putting the customer first by educating customers over selling he decided it was time to begin his new journey of starting a family-run residential HVAC business and opened up Coretemp Heating and Air Inc. in 2007.

Richard has confidence in only offering residential furnaces, air conditioners and tankless hot water systems that meet the high standards he would use in his own home.
